Upon receipt of the DMCA notice, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the claim. If we determine that the material in question violates copyright laws, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material. We may also terminate users who are repeat infringers, as appropriate.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. To be effective, the counter-notification must include substantially the following information:

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may reinstate the removed material, unless the copyright owner files a court action against you seeking a restraining order or injunction to prevent further use of the material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or violate our intellectual property policies. If you believe that a user is a repeat infringer, please follow the procedure described above to contact us and provide sufficient information for us to verify that the user has engaged in repeated infringement.
Misrepresentation
Please note that any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages under the DMCA.
